3. Delivery and Pickup. We strive to fulfill orders accurately and promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. The responsibility for the order passes to you or your designated recipient upon delivery. Please review your order upon receipt and report any issues to DesignQuietMount within a reasonable time frame. For pickup orders, you must present proof of identity and order details.
4. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions. We take care to indicate allergens and dietary information for menu items. However, not all ingredients and cross-contamination risks can be fully disclosed. We will endeavor to accommodate reasonable requests where possible, including supplying non-alcoholic beverages when requested, and substituting items to meet dietary needs where feasible.
