We offer refunds and credits for eligible orders where a product has not met the expectations of taste, temperature, packaging, or delivery accuracy. All refunds must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. How to request a refund

Delivery issues and temperature
We strive to deliver hot, fresh meals. If your pizza arrives not at the expected temperature or shows signs of significant quality issues, please notify the delivery person at the moment of delivery or contact us immediately after reception. In such cases, we may offer a replacement meal or a credit toward a future order, at our discretion. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be requested for verification.
Wrong items or missing components

We will arrange either a prompt replacement or a credit toward a subsequent purchase. We may request photographic evidence to expedite the process.
Non-eligibility and exclusions
Refunds are not available for orders that are delivered in good condition as described, or for minor variances that do not affect the overall enjoyment of the meal. Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind, or if the delivery was completed and accepted by the recipient. Repeat refund requests for the same order or customer may be limited at our discretion. The following items are excluded from refunds: beverages that are sealed at delivery and pizzas that were consumed partially or entirely after delivery, unless there is clear evidence of a quality defect.
Store credit and vouchers
In many situations, we offer store credits or vouchers as a convenient alternative to cash refunds. Credits may be used toward future orders at designquietmount.xyz and are valid for a defined period. If you prefer a cash refund, please specify this preference during your claim review and we will consider it as part of the final decision. General terms
All refunds are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to request additional information to prevent fraud and to protect our staff. Refund decisions are final and binding.
